Acceptable Use Policy
What you may not do on the platform, and the businesses we cannot support. Last updated July 2026.
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses the Digital Treasury platform, API or website. It supplements the Terms of Service. We may update it as networks, sponsor-bank requirements and law evolve. Violating this AUP may result in suspension or termination.
1. Prohibited conduct
You may not: break any law or payment-network rule (including NACHA and card-network rules); launder money or finance terrorism; engage in fraud, unauthorized debits, or deceptive practices; infringe others' intellectual-property or privacy rights; attempt to access another tenant's data or any system you are not authorized to use; probe or test the platform's security outside an authorized engagement; introduce malware; or interfere with the integrity, performance or availability of the service.
2. Prohibited & restricted businesses
Consistent with our sponsor bank and network requirements, the platform may not be used for, among others: illegal goods or services; unlawful gambling; unregistered money services; sanctioned parties or embargoed jurisdictions; sale of controlled substances or cannabis where prohibited; weapons prohibited by law; adult content prohibited by our partners; pyramid or Ponzi schemes; and other activities identified as high-risk by our banking or network partners. Some categories are permitted only with additional diligence and written approval.
3. Data & privacy obligations
You must have a lawful basis and appropriate notices and consents for any personal data you send us, and you must not send us sensitive categories of data we do not request. Cardholder data must be handled per PCI DSS. See our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.
4. API & rate limits
You must use documented endpoints, respect rate limits, keep API keys confidential, and not attempt to circumvent controls. We may throttle, suspend or revoke access to protect the platform, other customers, or money movement.
5. Reporting & enforcement
Report suspected abuse or security issues through the contact page. We may investigate suspected violations and take action — including removing content, suspending keys or accounts, and notifying authorities — and we cooperate with lawful requests.
6. Phase status
The platform currently operates with simulated bank rails; no live customer money is moved. This AUP applies now and to production money movement enabled under an executed agreement.
