Electronic Records & Signature Consent
How we obtain your consent to transact electronically — including authorizing electronic payments. Last updated July 2026.
This consent explains how Digital Treasury uses electronic records and signatures under the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN) and comparable state laws. By checking a consent box, clicking to accept, or otherwise proceeding where this consent is presented, you agree to the terms below.
1. Consent to electronic delivery
You consent to receive all agreements, disclosures, notices, statements, authorizations and other records ("Communications") relating to your use of the platform in electronic form — on this website, in the application, or by email — rather than on paper.
2. Electronic signatures & payment authorization
You agree that your electronic actions — clicking "I agree", entering a code, or otherwise indicating assent — constitute your signature and are legally binding. Where you authorize a payment, including a recurring or one-time ACH debit, your electronic authorization captures the required terms (amount or amount range, frequency, the account debited, and how to revoke) and serves as your written authorization under the applicable payment-network rules.
3. Revoking a payment authorization
You may revoke an authorization at or before the times described when it was given, by the method identified in that authorization or by contacting the party that requested it. Revoking an authorization does not affect payments already initiated.
4. Hardware & software you'll need
To access and retain Communications you need a current web browser, an internet connection, an email account, and a device able to view and store PDFs or web pages. If our requirements change in a way that risks your ability to access Communications, we will notify you.
5. Keeping your contact details current
Electronic Communications are sent to the email or account you provide. You are responsible for keeping that information accurate so you continue to receive them.
6. Requesting paper copies & withdrawing consent
You may request a paper copy of any Communication, and you may withdraw this consent, by contacting us through the contact page. Withdrawing consent may prevent you from using features that require electronic acceptance, and takes effect only after we have had a reasonable time to act on it.
7. Phase status
The platform is currently in a development phase with simulated bank rails; no live customer money is moved. This consent governs electronic acceptance in that context and the live money-movement features enabled under an executed agreement.
