Terms of Service
The terms below govern your use of the Digital Treasury platform and this website. Last updated July 2026.
Digital Treasury is a business-to-business payment operations platform whose intellectual property is owned by Digital Treasury Inc. ("Digital Treasury", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") describe the conditions under which we make the platform and this website available. For any customer with an executed order form, master services agreement or license agreement, that signed agreement governs and controls over these Terms to the extent of any conflict.
1. The service
Digital Treasury provides embedded treasury infrastructure — multi-rail payment orchestration, a double-entry ledger, virtual accounts, and compliance and risk tooling — offered to businesses either as a white-labeled vertical product or through a versioned API. Access to production capabilities is provisioned per customer under a separate written agreement and is subject to onboarding, verification and applicable financial-services requirements.
2. Platform phase & no live money movement
The platform is currently operated in a development phase. Bank rails are simulated, and no live customer money is moved through the platform in this phase. Nothing on this website is an offer to move funds, extend credit, or provide banking, money-transmission or investment services. Real money movement is enabled only under an executed agreement once the applicable banking, compliance and regulatory arrangements are in place.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform or website to: violate any law or the rules of any payment network; infringe the rights of others; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, tenant or data; probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the service except under an authorized engagement; or interfere with the integrity or performance of the service. Tenant isolation is a core security property of the platform, and any attempt to access another tenant's data is strictly prohibited.
4. API use & keys
API access is authenticated with tenant-scoped keys. You are responsible for keeping your keys confidential and for all activity under your keys. We may rate-limit, suspend or revoke keys to protect the platform, other customers, or the integrity of money movement. Idempotency keys, signed webhooks and versioned endpoints are provided to help you build safely; using them correctly is your responsibility.
5. Intellectual property
The platform, its underlying software, design system, documentation and all related intellectual property are owned by Digital Treasury Inc. and are licensed — not sold — to customers under the terms of their agreement. White-labeled vertical products are configurations of the shared platform and remain the property of Digital Treasury Inc. You retain ownership of your own data.
6. Confidentiality & data
Each party will protect the other's confidential information. Our handling of personal and business data is described in our Privacy Policy. Customer data is logically isolated per tenant, and administrative access is logged and auditable.
7. Warranties & disclaimers
Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, the platform and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or related to these Terms. Any liability is subject to the limitations set out in the applicable signed agreement.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves through its phases. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of the website or platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be directed to us through the contact page. These Terms are a plain-language summary for the development phase and are not a substitute for the executed agreement that governs a production relationship.
