Your Privacy Rights
The rights you have over your personal data — and how to use them. Last updated July 2026.
This page summarizes rights available under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA (CCPA/CPRA), and comparable U.S. state laws. It supplements our Privacy Policy. Where we handle personal data on a customer's behalf, we act as a processor and direct requests to that customer (the controller) — see our Data Processing Addendum.
1. Your rights
- Access — a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — fix inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion — erase your data, subject to legal and recordkeeping exceptions (money-movement and compliance records are retained as required).
- Portability — receive certain data in a portable format.
- Restriction & objection — limit or object to certain processing.
- Opt out of "sale"/"sharing" — we do not sell personal data or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Non-discrimination — we will not deny service for exercising these rights.
- Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time.
2. How to make a request
Submit a request through the contact page or by emailing our privacy team at privacy@digitaltreasury.com. We will verify your identity before acting and respond within the timeframe the applicable law requires (generally 30–45 days). You may use an authorized agent where the law allows.
3. If we're the processor
If your data reached us because you are a customer of a business that uses Digital Treasury, that business controls the data. We will promptly route your request to them and assist them in responding.
4. Appeals & complaints
If we decline a request you may ask us to reconsider, and you may lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority (in the EEA/UK) or applicable state regulator.
